I was raped by a married couple at the age of nine,

I was raped by two male coworkers at the age of nineteen,

I was raped by my first husband at the age of twenty-one.

I was bombed at in Afghanistan three times.

 I have seen so much violence, it makes me nauseous remembering it every time.

There are decisions we make consciously and some that are not.

Those of us with PTSD have a fear based or trauma voice that needs to be heard.
